Retail Customers
All items that do not meet your expectations must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase in unused condition. Paper Hockey will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price minus shipping charges which are not refundable.
Customer is Responsible for Correct Addressing
If orders are shipped to the wrong address due to the information entered by the customer, the customer is fully responsible for that loss. Paper Hockey assumes no responsibility for the loss. If an order is shipped to a wrong address due to our mistake, Paper Hockey will re-ship the order with no additional cost to the customer.
Inspect All Paper Hockey Items Upon Receipt
All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made within seven (7) days of receipt and reported to customer service at (909) 793-5806 or via e-mail to . We will exchange any item as long as it has not been partially used or damaged.
